Rabba End User License Agreement
License Grant
Rabba grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its software.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless permitted by law.
- Use the App to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise offensive.
- Use any automated system to access or use the App in a manner that exceeds the permitted use.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant Rabba a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
Content Moderation: Rabba allows users to report content they believe is offensive or inappropriate. Rabba reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise deemed harmful.
Data Collection and Use
Rabba collects limited technical data, specifically device data and device location information. This data is used solely to operate the App, provide core functionality, and improve reliability and performance.

Third-Party Services
Rabba integrates with certain third-party services, including Mapbox, to provide mapping functionality. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Rabba is not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from third-party services.
In-App Purchases
The App is currently free to use. Rabba may introduce in-app purchases or subscription options in the future. Any additional terms will be provided at the time such features become available.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Termination
Rabba may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must uninstall the App from all devices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Rabba disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rabba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to this Agreement
Rabba reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
